At Brokati, every handmade bracelet is crafted with care, intention, and premium materials. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a clear, supportive warranty for all original Brokati-designed and handmade bracelets. This warranty does not apply to jewelry not designed or made by Brokati.

All Brokati gold-accented designs are made using high-quality 14k or 18k gold-filled materials and are treated with ProtectaClear to help guard against tarnishing, fingerprints, body oils, smudges, water, and salt exposure. While our jewelry is highly tarnish-resistant, we understand rare issues may occur.

This 6-month warranty covers any unexpected tarnishing or discoloration of charms or metals.

What’s Covered:

• Tarnishing or discoloration of metal charms or accents due to normal wear.
   

How to Submit a Claim:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email us at Contact@Broakti.com and we will send you the return address.
   
• Provide your original order number and photos of the damage.
   
• Return shipping to Brokati is not covered under this warranty.
   
• Brokati will cover shipping once the repaired or replaced piece is ready to return to you.
   

Bracelet string breakage is the most common issue with stretch jewelry—and we’ve got you covered!

For 5 Years from your date of purchase, we will repair or replace any original Brokati bracelet that breaks due to string or elastic failure twice.

To Qualify:

• Provide original proof of purchase.

• Contact us via WhatsApp or at Contact@Brokati.com and we will send you the return address.
   
• Return all original materials (beads, charms, etc.) to us.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their items to us.
   
• Once we receive your returned materials, we will restring and repair your bracelet at no cost.
   
• Brokati will cover the shipping back to your address once the repair is complete.
   

To maintain fairness and product integrity, the following limitations apply:

• Warranty applies only to handmade Brokati bracelets.
   
• Replacement is limited to one repair or replacement per covered item: 1 repair within 6 months for the metals warranty and1 repair per year (not to exceed 2 repairs within 5 years) for the 5 year elastic repair warranty.
   
• Customer must provide original proof of purchase.
   
• Original item must be returned before repair or replacement is processed.

• Depending on the repair or replacement it could from 1-3 weeks for you to receive your item back.
   
• Replacements are subject to availability. If exact charms are no longer available, a similar style or substitute charm will be used.
   

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Swimming or showering while wearing the jewelry.
   
• Working out, sweating excessively, or exposure to excessive body oils.
   
• Cleaning, washing dishes, or using cleaning agents while wearing the jewelry.
   
• Perfume, lotions, or any chemical-based products.
   
• Leaving the jewelry in dirty, humid, or corrosive environments.
   
• Intentional damage or misuse.
   

We design every Brokati bracelet with the intention of long-term beauty and durability. With proper care, your bracelet can be cherished for years (I've personally been wearing mine for 2 years with no problems, -Jontu'e).
