Brokati's gold accented materials used in each design are 14/18k gold-filled. We also treat all our gold with ProtectaClear to prevent fingerprints, smudges, tarnishing, salt and water damage, and to shield the jewelry from body oils. Considering our extended protection our jewelry is tarnish resistant, however, we have added another layer of protection with our 6 Month Metals Warranty. This warranty covers the very rare occasion that the metals tarnish or discolor.

6 Month Metals Warranty: 

We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. We will repair or replace your charm bracelets without charge if any defects are found during this period. Contact us via Chat or by calling 910-644-0045. You will need your original order number and photos of the defects or issues. Return shipping fees are not covered by Brokati.

FOR 12 MONTHS: 

We will replace any bracelet if the elastic breaks! Contact us with your original proof of purchase and then return all loose materials. Once we receive the materials we will repair your bracelet. We do not cover shipping charges for returns, however, once the bracelet is repaired we will cover the shipping from our store to your home. 

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY: 

Only covers the replacement of selected parts and pieces once within a 6 month period (12 month coverage on broken bracelet elastic!). Original bracelet must be returned to us before being replaced. Must show original proof of purchase. 

Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse. Abuse includes exposing jewelry to lotions, moisture, perfume, cleaning agents, or chemicals, swimming in the bracelet, and irresponsible use of the bracelet such as neglect and leaving the jewelry in dirty environments.
