Processing & Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, 48-72 on custom orders. Expect an email within 24-48 hours with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way. Once your order has been turned over to the courier it is no longer our responsibility. Tracking issues or delays must be resolved with the courier.

LOCAL EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to schedule your delivery time and location. Deliveries will be made between 12pm-1pm, 5:00pm-7:30pm daily and between 11am-5pm Friday - Sunday.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option for “Delivery”. Local delivery service is available for the following zip codes; 28314, 28303, 28304, 28301 in NC. 

FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using USPS with a standard shipping time frame of 3-5 days*. Flat rate ground standard shipping fee of $5.00 applies to orders under 1 lb shipping within the United States.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00.

We also offer Priority Shipping for faster delivery. Charges are displayed at checkout.

*We are not responsible for delays in shipments once the carrier takes control over your package. Any carrier delays must be taken up with the carrier responsible for delivery.*
