Shipping & Order Processing
We want your Brokati experience to be smooth and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order:
Order Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.
- Custom Orders: TBD, if specialty items need to be ordered the processing time could be determined by third party wait times.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24–48 hours.
- After your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Brokati is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with the courier.
Local Express Delivery (Fayetteville, NC Only)
We offer local delivery for select Fayetteville-area zip codes: 28314, 28303, 28304, and 28301.
- Please allow 24 hours to process your local delivery order.
- You’ll receive an email to schedule your delivery time and location.
- Delivery Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Select “Delivery” at checkout and enter a valid address within the approved zip codes.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)
- Orders are shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
- Flat rate shipping is $5.00 for orders under 1 lb.
- FREE standard shipping is available on all orders over $75.
- Priority shipping options are also available for faster delivery—rates are shown at checkout.
Note: Shipping delays may occur once your package is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for courier delays, and any issues must be resolved with the shipping provider directly.
Additional Shipping Charges
- Extra shipping fees may apply to orders shipped to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- International destinations
