Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your Brokati purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we will gladly offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please note that jewelry return refunds are not available for "size adjusted" or custom-made items.

Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition with all original packaging. 

*Merchandise in unworn, new condition must be free of any signs of wear including, but not limited to, scratches, blemishes, scuffs, etc. Photos are required*

• Call or Chat - Simply contact us via email at contact@brokati.com or by selecting the "Contact Us" button below. You can also call 1-910-644-0045 during our customer service hours or click the chat icon, to notify us of your intention to make a jewelry return. 

• No Refunds for bracelets where the size has been adjusted

• No Refunds for custom made orders

• Brokati does not offer free return shipping. 

• Notifications made after 7 days of receipt of merchandise will not be honored.

• If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned unopened to receive full credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are welcome with in 7 days of receipt of merchandise. New items will be shipped to you upon receipt of your returned merchandise.  We do not cover return shipping costs . You may be subject to any difference in price that exceeds your original purchase price.
